• Fun with Chocolate:  Fancy up your desserts with these fun and easy to make chocolate decorations from The Happy Vegetarian.  Look how pretty they are on top of cake!

• Maple Substitute:  Jennifer of Vegan Lunch Box has shared a recipe for an inexpensive, homemade “maple syrup”.  I could see this coming in handy.

• Zwiebelkuchen:  I have no idea how to pronounce it, but this German recipe from Seitan is My Motor sure looks scrumptious.  Mihl describes it as being similar to pizza and it’s topped with fried onions and has a hearty tofu filling.

• Vegan Podcast:  Have I ever mentioned how much I like listening to the Let’s Get Baked radio show?  The episodes are about an hour long each and feature a different musical guest that prepare a vegan dish with the hosts.  Great food, fun, music and interesting tidbits throughout.  To get the podcast, go to the Let’s Get Baked website and click on “podcast”.  You can also click on “tune in” to find when the show airs on some radio stations across Canada.
